Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Arbi collects, uses, and protects your personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. What we collect
Account details (email, name, hashed password), your alert and notification preferences, bets you choose to record in the tracker, and payment metadata held by our processor (we never store full card numbers). We also collect basic usage and device data to operate the Service.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, operate the members Discord and alert channels, process subscriptions, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third parties
We share data only with service providers that help us run Arbi - including Stripe (payments), our email provider, Discord (if you join the community), and our hosting and database providers. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
4. Data retention and security
We retain your data while your account is active and as required by law. Passwords are stored hashed. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, and withdraw alert consent at any time, by contacting us or using your account settings. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
