Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Arbi (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. What Arbi is - and is not

Arbi is an informational analytics tool that aggregates publicly available bookmaker odds and highlights potential arbitrage and positive-expected-value opportunities. Arbi does not accept or place bets, hold funds, act as a bookmaker, or provide financial, investment, or betting advice. All betting decisions are yours alone.

3. No guarantee of accuracy or profit

Odds change constantly and may be stale, mispriced, or withdrawn by bookmakers at any time. Opportunities shown may no longer be available when you act on them. Bookmakers may void, limit, or restrict bets at their discretion. Arbi makes no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or profit, and is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor (Stripe). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute Arbi's data, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbi and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for gambling losses, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
